I am selling my 1976 GL1000 motorcycle because I have no more time to finish the restoration. As you can see from the Pictures there is a full set of Vetter bags and Faring. Dash has a cyclesound system that works. It was running but the battery is dead and the carbs need sinking. I have listed a really low reserve and need the room for storage. I paid 600.00 for the Vetter system alone. Buyer gets everything including all of the extra parts, carbs, manifolds, nuts and bolts, and body panels. Thanks for looking. The actual mileage is unknown. The odometer has 4234.0 on it but I think it was replaced by the previous owner. The title has been signed by the previous owner and dated. I had no control over the signing. This is a classic Cycle and accessories that needs to have the restoration completed. The Vetter system is a 9 out of 10 for condition. You will need tires and a battery. I have not started the bike in over a year so the carbs are dry. Buyer should be prepared to push vehicle onto trailer because I don't think we can start it and run it on a trailer. I replaced all the seals in the water coolant system. This Cycle was listed twice before and the buyers backed out on the deal. So Don't bid if you cannot pay for the cycle. I will help with shipping the bike if you need assistance. There are many oem parts that I purchased to that everything would fit for the Vetter system. I have put 1500.00+ in to it so far but it's time to let go. I just had knee surgery and getting down on concrete floors doesn't work any more. Again, I have lots of extra parts that I will let go with the deal. This is one of those times where the buyer wins. There is a low buy it now price because I really need the space and close this chapter in my life. Thanks for looking.
