This 79 MG Midget is not a fully restored vehicle, it is however a very fun weekend driver that catches everyone's eyes. It has light scratches and dings from the 37 years of driving and storage. It has been repainted at some point, and has very little rust (stored indoors). It has a rebuilt engine and transmission with low miles. It has had many parts repaired or replaced. Some of these parts include new fuel tank, exhaust, brakes, wheels, tires, alternator, radiator, battery, carpet set, seat foams and covers, dual gauge, frontline tube shock conversion ($$$) on the front, new door mirrors, and so much more. The engine has a comp cam, new oil pump, ported head, rebuilt twin carbs w/k&n filters, AE pistons, jet hot coated header, alloy valve cover, ceramic coated timing cover, Harland Sharp roller rockers, and many other goodies ($$$). It sounds like the British beast that it is. It includes a bunch of spare parts as shown in the picture, original tonneau and top cover, owners manual, original sales brochure, restoration manual, and a stack of receipts from the original owner and myself. Unfortunately I haven't had much time to enjoy it (not a family car) and it has been stored away for too long. Im hoping that it goes to a good home with someone to appreciate all the time and effort that I put into it. It is a blast to drive and always put a smile on my face. Good Luck and Happy Bidding!!
