Just in time for summer!! This is by far the best car I’ve ever owned and it pains me to sell it, but since we moved to the country, my need for a 4 wheel drive vehicle (which I just purchased) outweighs my desire to keep this wonderful car. I bought this car from the original owner in 2012 and have meticulously maintained it ever since. It has never been smoked in and has been kept in a garage its entire life. I just had new tires put on as the previous tires didn’t last their warranty lifetime and I got a pretty good deal on the replacements. I’ve changed the oil regularly with full synthetic oil with the most recent oil change still good for several thousand miles. The AC was purged and recharged and the fuel system cleaned in April 2016, and I had the transmission fluid and radiator flushed and filled in November 2015. It’s got a clean Carfax report and it shows a minor accident. What happened was the car got sideswiped on the driver’s side, but the only damage was to the side view mirror, driver’s side fender and the front bumper cover. The damage was minor—mostly a deep scratch. The repair shop matched the paint perfectly. Vehicle Condition: The canvas top is in great shape, no rips or tears and the top mechanism works perfectly. All electrical components work as they should—lights, windows, cruise control, climate control system, radio, 6-cd player, power seats, etc. Interior is black leather with no rips or tears. Engine runs strong, and runs even better with the fuel system cleansing I had done in April. Known Defects: There’s a dimple in the hood where a walnut fell from a tree. I’ve tried to show it in the photos. There are a few paint chips on the hood (see photos). The windshield has 2 dings on the passenger side and both have been repaired by Safelite. One of the dings was on the car when I bought it and hasn’t spread in 4 years. The driver’s side seat belt retractor is weak and doesn’t fully retract the belt without help threading it into its slot. There’re a few minor scratches and door dings as would be expected with a car of this age. There’s some sun fading on the rear interior side panels near the windows.
