I am selling my 1976 GL1000 motorcycle because I have no more time to finish the restoration. As you can see from the Pictures there is a full set of Vetter bags and Faring. Dash has a cyclesound system that works. It was running but the battery is dead and the carbs need sinking. I have listed a really low reserve and need the room for storage. I paid 600.00 for the Vetter system alone. Buyer gets everything including all of the extra parts, carbs, manifolds, nuts and bolts, and body panels. Thanks for looking. The actual mileage is unknown. The odometer has 4234.0 on it but I think it was replaced by the previous owner. I have a clear title but is still in the previous owners name. It was signed and dated. This is the way I got the title. I have not tried to start the cycle but it does turn over. Right now the carbs are dry and don't want to fill them with gas. There are chips in the paint of some of the body parts but do not affect the running of the bike. The rear brake is grabbing a bit from not being used in a while. It's been over a year since I ran it down the road. Again reason for selling, No time to work on it, need the space it's taking up, and I've had a knee replace and can't get down on concrete floor anymore. This item was listed before and buyer backed out of sale because he didn't want to come the distance to pick it up.
