1975 Morgan Out Island 41

Hello , This is our Morgan Out Island 41 for sale . She is a sea worthy vessel that has all the luxury's of home.She has 2 full berths with a full head in each including showers . The fore cabin is a V birth (currently used for storage) the aft cabin is a queen cabin and very comfortable ! The center cockpit offers easy access to the galley as well as the aft cabin (she is a walk over as well as a walk through) . With her 4'2" draft this boat was built to sail anywhere you care to take her . Originally built for the charter industry the roomy interior boasts over 6' ceilings for even the tallest of sailors to not feel cramped . The stove is propane and has not been used in about a year , it has a electric mini fridge as well as a ice box . All of the running water works as well as the heads . She has a working Perkins 30 hp diesel engine that starts on the first crank every time . She has 1 main sail and at least 3 jibs (we have not gone through them all to date) . The batteries are fairly new within a year and are maintained by 2 100 Watt solar panels that are also new . All of the running rigging is in tact and ready to sail . This boat has solid bones ! She needs a lot of TLC and cosmetic care to bring her back to her real value . We do have a SC Title in hand . We are also selling her locally and retain the right to pull the auction at any time .
