1982 W460 SWB OM617 NA dieselnew paint but previous owner simply painted over some areas of surface rust - see picturesruns perfectly, tight steering, stops on a dime; after-market Recaro type cloth seats cheap stereo with no speakers; everything works perfectly except temp and fuel level sensors, the blower works fine but is noisy, heater is a furnace, no a/c, new headlamps, front blinkers,front and rear lockers work flawlessly, this G will climb a tree, new front locker and slave cylinder; 4 speed transmission shifts perfectly; 4 after market rims and new tires; spare is an original rim; new heavy duty shocks and springs, new glow plugs, wiring harness, relay and timer, chassis vibration at about 40 mph but u-joints on all 3 drivelines are tight with no play, haven't checked the tire balances, new (used) front skid plate, some water collects in the front footwells when it rains hard; headliner and dash are perfect; all glass is excellent with new L rear side window, windows mechanisms and door latches work perfectly, fender flares were simply bolted on by previous owner. I have replaced a lot of items but there is more work to do. It is too small as an expedition vehicle, so I bought a 1985 5-door.
