Up for auction is my nice and original 1977 GS750. This is the first year for the GS model, and the biggest one for 1977. This bike is a great rider. I wouldn't call it a show bike, its simply in my opinion a nice rider. The gas tank has a few blemishes as seen in the pictures. 2 dents, a few scratches that were touched up at one point. The blue paint on the tank and tail are nice considering the age of the bike. Still like I said some scratches, and small dents, and paint color is slightly faded at one area on the tank. This bike is all original besides typical wear items like tires, chain, sprockets, K&N replacement filter, and the turn signals are smaller aftermarket chrome ones. Tires are in excellent condition with low miles on them. Chain and sprockets are good. New plugs, oil and filter change, fuel lines, bowl gaskets, carbs thouroghly cleaned. Inside of tank is excellent and NOT coated with anything. Petcock/fuel pump working correctly. This has the gear indicator on the gauges that shows you what gear you are in. It works normal for 1-4 gears but blank on 5th gear. Engine fires right up easily. Choke and high idle work perfect. The bike runs and rides really good. Clutch and gearbox work great, shifts nice and smooth, accelerates properly. Engine doesn't smoke, or leak any oil that I can see. All lights and horn work properly, electric and kick start work perfect. Front and rear brakes work great, with no noise, or brake fluid leaks at either end. Overall a great bike for the price in my opinion. Very clean, original and unmolested. Hit the button and go, needs nothing but a rider.
