This car is in excellent condition with only 14,375 miles. It's Ruby Red paint still shines bright, there are a few swirls in the paint, but I think a good buff job would clean it up nice. A few little chips which you can't see unless your leaning over, they've been touched up by the previous owner. The interior is in excellent condition as well, the seats barely show any signs of wear, they're very comfy seats. The Six speed manual transmission shifts very smoothly and the brakes work like they should. The top is in great condition, a little fade in the plastic rear window, I think the previous owner kept the top down all the time since its been in Florida since new. The weather seals and such are a little weather checked ad are the original tires. Signs the car wad in Florida and used, all be not that much annually with only 14,375 miles. I recently purchased this car and I'm the second owner, I had the car shipped up to Minnesota via enclosed transport.Overall the car is really nice, great daily driver or with a little reconditioning its a great collector! There were 6,749 total Ruby Red 40th Anniversary models built.Of that 2,271 were Convertibles and even less than that were ordered with 6 speed manual transmissions. 1993 was the 40th anniversary for Corvette. In order to celibrate the "40th Anniversary" package was created. The 40th Anniversary package included special Ruby Red Metallic paint and a Ruby Red interior. It also has headrest embroidery and bright emblems on the hood, deck and side-gills. All leather seats had the 40th anniversary badge on the headrest, the base black cloth seats did not. Three changes were made to the base engine to make it much quieter. The ZR-1 got a huge boost this year jumping 15 horsepower from 385 to 405. Torque was also improved from 370 lb-ft to 385 lb-ft. This was accomplished through porting changes on the head and valvetrain, an electric EGR valve improving emissions, platinum tipped spark plugs, and four bolt main bearing caps. A new passive entry system that unlocked the car when a special key fob was near the car was optional.
