It has lots of modern convenience items to keep it a very comfortable truck to drive but doesn't have a lot of silly, useless, high tech stuff to worry about. This Powerstroke is original & factory It is equipped with dual fuel tanks, so you can be on the road, not at the gas station. It does have some side step running boards for easier entry that could be removed, but it does make it easier for those of us who aren't 20 years old to get in and out of the truck. This truck has an extremely straight body with a nice shiny gloss to the paint. It is a very nice truck and you will not be disappointed with this one. The truck runs and drives excellent and has no known mechanical problems. Tires less then 5k miles in them. This truck drives down the road very nice and straight. No pulls to either direction while driving or braking. It has a very nice solid feel to it, fantastic running strong motor, and the transmission shifts great. Interior is in exceptional condition throughout see pictures below. There are no rips, tears, stains, burns, or funny odors. There is very minimal wear on the inside as to be expected with anything "not brand new" but was obviously well cared for as the condition is what I would call outstanding for a truck like this. New loaded diesel are around $60-70k these days and I think this is a better built truck that will give the new owner many years of trouble free service.
