Up For auction is my Grandfathers 1974 Ford Gran Torino. This car has original 58,xxx miles . My grandfather bought this car when is was about a year old, back in 1975 . This was his going out car, his "Sunday Driver" . Majority of the miles was put on by him, my father acquired it in 1993 . He has only drove it the past 20 years once in a while. He said its time to sell it... the car runs and drives great, the body and bodylines are very nice, the wheels are 16" from a ford explorer. I should have tge original hubcaps , i eill have to double check. The a/c still works, but could use a new switch . The front header panel was replaced back in the early 80s, the paint isnt an exact match. The car could use a thorough cleaning and detailing. Small rust spot in the trunk. The bumpers could be rechromed. This would make a great Starsky and Hutch donor car. They were originally a 1976 model Torino, but is basically same car as this.
