Up for auction is a very rare 1961 Chevy Apache 10 Short wide Big back window Custom Cab Truck. Two year only body with the curved side molding trim. Please read this Ad very carefully! The truck is a legit farm truck from Kansas until 2 years ago. The truck was just carefully taken apart over the last year and a half and rebuilt from the frame up. There is a lot of pictures in the bottom of the description so please give it time to load. The body on the truck wears most of it’s original paint and has some of the best natural patina I have ever seen. There is a little bit of rust the typical c10 areas, bottom of the fenders, front of the outer rockers but nothing I would worry about. Floors, body braces, inner rockers, bottoms of the doors, roof panel, etc are very solid making this a super cool solid truck. Horn, temp gauge, new fuel sending unit (works), wipers all work. The 350 trans with new front and rear seals, fluid a filter new The engine is a 60 283 power pack motor. Has been completely painted and heavily detailed. Lot of new parts… new Edelbrock AVS preformer intake with the breather. New powder coated Edelbrock 600cfm Carb with Russel fuel filter with AN fittings. New fuel pump, Protenixs igniter & flawthrower coil, and wires. New Champion alum radiator. All new nicely bent fuel and trans cooler hardlines. Brand new Billet Specialties Vintec series SLD 89 wheels 20x8.5 & 20x10 with new tires. Wheels & tires were $4000 dollars so please keep that in mind when your are bidding. New 2 ½ drop spindles with new brakes, rotors, wheel bearings, seals, and brake hoses. New brakes, wheel cylinders, spring kit, drums, axle seals, parking brake cables. All new carefully bent hard lines and new soft lines. New dual master cylinder and adjustable proportion valve.  Rear end was completely rebuilt with new bearings and seals and set up. All new upper and lower ball joints, new inner & outer tie rod ends, idler arm. All new drop shocks from CPP, CPP panhard bar to adjust the center of the rear axle. All new air ride suspension, firestone air bags, parker fittings, Air max 480 compressor, 5 gal air tank. 4 way air lift manual paddle valves and gauges. Front control arms were modified by Street Machinery in Euclid, Oh. Arms were cupped and modified to accommodate the 2600 pound firestone air bags.Frame was completely disassembled cleaned, scrubbed and painted in a semi black and assembled back together with grade 8 hardware.
