I'm finally selling my 1999 RHD Jeep Cherokee that I've had for 9 years. I no longer need a vehicle for mail delivery. I haven't used this vehicle for mail delivery in years. I just use it to go to and from work. I still deliver mail but have a government vehicle. All routes except one have a gov vehicle so I don't feel the need to keep it any longer. Please feel free to email me and ask any questions. This is a 1999 RHD Jeep Cherokee that I had modified for mail delivery. You can not drive this vehicle from the left side. The steering wheel has been removed for safety reasons. Here are some of the not-so-good details everyone should know. The paint is fading on the hood in a few spotsThe roof is rusting just above the left side seatThe A/C works but leaks. I've tried the blue dye but we can't find the leak. The exterior has a few dings and scratches that were on the vehicle when I purchased it. The previous owner used it to move trailers on a lot and around town.Now for the good stuff.It has 4 new Futura (Cooper) tires. Two tires are about 1 month old and 2 are about 6 months old. I like these tires because they seem to last but on the highway at higher speeds it can be a little noisy. New serpentine belt. Upon startup it sqeals for a few seconds. I've taken it to be adjusted but it's still sqeals half the time.New valve cover gasket. New radiator.New heater hose and radiator hoses. New rear seal on the transmission.This vehicle, knock on wood, doesn't leak or burn any fluids. Trailer hitch (no ball). I've never used it.Spare Tire. New Pioneer CD RadioNon Smoker VehicleNew Hatch-Back StrutsGas mileage varies. Highway is around 23 mpg. Delivering mail, it's hard to tell. My location is 125 mile south of Tampa, Fl.
