My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1997 Chevrolet Monte Carlo LS coupe with just 96k original miles. I would rate the exterior of this Monte Carlo to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking coupe. It is finished in black with black cloth interior and wood interior accents. The black finish shows well for its age. It has a deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. The only thing worth mentioning on this Monte Carlo that I would consider unusual wear for a nearly 20 year old vehicle is a dent on the RF fender just behind the corner light and some visible rust just below the fuel filler door, which is pretty much expected at this age. All of the body cladding is intact and shows well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would also rate the interior of this Monte Carlo to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age and are full looking throughout the interior. The dash and headliner show well, too. The cloth seats are clean and comfortable. This Monte Carlo has power windows, locks, mirrors, sunroof and drivers seat...all of which is working properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. The climate control system also appears to be working properly. It offers independent temperature controls for the driver and passenger. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR. The trunk is spacious and clean. A full set of floor mats, owners manuals, two sets of keys and two remotes are included. Mechanically, this Monte Carlo appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.1L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly with absolutely no lifter noise when cold. The car does leak power steering fluid. I'm not sure where it's leaking from or how fast...I just know it leaks. I didn't notice any other leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps absolutely perfect temperature and feels strong. There have been no idiot lights on. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. She has a current PA safety inspection good through June, 2016. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1997 Chevrolet Monte Carlo LS coupe with just 96k original miles. I would rate the exterior of this Monte Carlo to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking coupe. It is finished in black with black cloth interior and wood interior accents. The black finish shows well for its age. It has a deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. The only thing worth mentioning on this Monte Carlo that I would consider unusual wear for a nearly 20 year old vehicle is a dent on the RF fender just behind the corner light and some visible rust just below the fuel filler door, which is pretty much expected at this age. All of the body cladding is intact and shows well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully.
I would also rate the interior of this Monte Carlo to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age and are full looking throughout the interior. The dash and headliner show well, too. The cloth seats are clean and comfortable. This Monte Carlo has power windows, locks, mirrors, sunroof and drivers seat...all of which is working properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. The climate control system also appears to be working properly. It offers independent temperature controls for the driver and passenger. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR. The trunk is spacious and clean. A full set of floor mats, owners manuals, two sets of keys and two remotes are included.
Mechanically, this Monte Carlo appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.1L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly with absolutely no lifter noise when cold. The car does leak power steering fluid. I'm not sure where it's leaking from or how fast...I just know it leaks. I didn't notice any other leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps absolutely perfect temperature and feels strong. There have been no idiot lights on. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. She has a current PA safety inspection good through June, 2016. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.

There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced, reconditioned and inspected.
