Needs new brakes - possibly pads and rotors. Windshield wipers are not operating. Vehicle body suffered damage from hail storm in 2014 - all affected body panels and glass were repaired or replaced. Holes from emergency light wiring in housing of both side view mirrors. Regularly maintained (oil changes and other scheduled maintenance) by full time Village-employed mechanic. This vehicle has been used since new as a police patrol vehicle by the Milford, Michigan Police Department and shows signs of normal wear and tear consistent with such use.
