Custom radiator mount (FJ40) Wheel base is 100” Saginaw power steering box with cooler. Custom Fab Series replaceable cartridge steering system. Fabseries.com Painless wiring harness, along with a marine fuse panel that is ready for more accessories. Kill switch in glove box. Winch power switch in the glove box. Warn Winch: used XD9000 ARB High Output air compressor. Never been used. All wiring to the switch is done. Just need to plug in the ARB harness, which I have. Transmission: TH400 This transmission was brand new along with the motor. Has an ArtCarr shifter. Transfer Case: Advanced Adapter Orion 4.1 Front Axle: Toyota with an ARB and 4:56 gears (I took these pictures before I installed the front drive shaft) with Disc brakes Rear Axle: Toyota with an ARB and 4:56 gears. With Drum Brakes Front blinker lights have been converted to Running and Blinker. 20 plus gal. aluminum saddle fuel tank with dual pickups. The frame is painted black. Anti-axle wrap bar I have a set of FJ55 springs for the rear but I haven’t installed them. As you can tell from the pictures, this build is brand new. New front Corbeau (front seat), and rear Bestop Fold and Tumble (rear seat) and seat belts. New windshield and rubber. I used all stainless button head bolts every place I could. The front fenders where cut and welded by the first owner. I cut the rear wheel well when I did the spring flip in the rear. I custom made the rear aluminum quarter panels. I never powder coated them because I liked the aluminum look. Tailgate. The inside has the professional bed liner spray. It’s perfect! BODY: Ok, this body is a little different. I had the body blasted, powder coated primed and the final color powder coated Flame Red. The body is NOT perfect because you cannot use bondo when powder coating. So, there is absolutely no rust. Everything is powder coated. In some areas you can see small holes where the blaster shot out the rust. I left it as is and powder coated it. Kind of rat rod style but if someone wanted to do body work and have it painted, this would be a great starting coat. Other than the body, I powder coated everything I could including the seat brackets, glove box, gauge cluster, custom dash panel, shifter mount, radiator support, bikini top windshield mount and so on. All stainless steel button heads and almost everything is powder coated. Autometer gauges – Pro Comp II (at this time the speedometer does not work. It’s hooked up but I couldn’t get it to record the pulses from the t-case. Just haven’t had the time to mess with the small stuff. Too busy with kids. The Cruiser has less than 1000 miles on it, if that. I have only driven this around town, to run errands and take the kids to sports activities. Brand new Kenwood Stereo – nothing special. The motor is all the music this Cruiser needs. Professionally built exhaust system with Thrush muffler. It’s perfect! Bestop removable doors. I have the full soft-top but it has a hole in the side, small hole. I also have many other parts along with an Excel file that contains all of the part numbers for all of the parts from the thermostat to the vented gas cap. No more guessing. Bikini top and lots of extra other parts. These are the original tires that I got when I bought this Cruiser for a project. 36” TSL’s on old school rims (Staun Beadlocks). I have all of the photos of the project. I do not have a hard top and or hard doors. I do have the windshield motors and wiper blades. I just haven’t gotten to it. Being straight forward, the rear quarter panels were dented and had some holes that was discovered when it was blasted. Since this body is 100% rust free and power coated, I couldn’t do any bodywork to it. The aluminum rear quarter panels look good and cover up the rear quarters. Again no rust but the body is not 100% perfect. I guess I could brag about the fact that it doesn’t have any Bondo on it. I spent two full years building it every weekend at the shop and now I’m just burned out and not interested in the final details. It’s a beautiful ride and someone is absolutely going to love it. If you heard it and drove it, you’d buy it. For me, it’s too clean to wheel. Good luck and please contact me with any questions. Thank you!
