Vehicle Detail

There are a ton of pictures after this description!!1970 Ford Mustang Fastback302 Boss Clone 4 speed!!Originally a Mach 1A driver V-8 Fastback 4 speed Boss clone for under $20k! 1970 Ford Fastback 302 Boss Clone 4 speed driver! Strong 302 with a throaty exhaust. Clean bucket seat interior Shaker hood Fastback that's great for local car shows and cruises!!Classic exterior paint color yellow with the Black satin Boss stripes down the side, that are reflective at night. Marti report ordered today. I will attach it or add it to the description when received tomorrow. Vin decodes as follows: 0=1970, T= Built in Metuchen, 05= Fastback Mach 1, H=351 v8.Interior is a black interior with nice bucket seats and 4 speed console. Newer wood grain dash and recovered bucket seats. 4 speed console. All in good driver quality condition. 302 block runs good. 4 speed shifts nicely. Ford 9 inch rear. Unsure of the gears, but feels like a low 3 gear. Felt right for street or strip. Fastback was recently taken on a 1 hour ride. Water temp and oil pressure maintained constant. This drive was stop and go in traffic for half the ride and on the highway for the rest. The Mustang performed well on the entire journey. Previous owner had this classic for about 10 years. He took it to local and not so local car shows. He expressed driving the Fastback for a couple of hour long rides with no problems. We recently replaced some rear spring shackles, changed the rear fluids, and gave it an oil change. The Mustang starts right up with no smoke. Previous owner stated that there was some engine work and brake work done in the past. The Boss tribute is very road worthy. The radio, interior lights, headlights, tail lights, marker lights, rear turn signals and marker lights, tachometer, water temp gauge, and oil pressure gauge all work. The horn, turn signals in the grill, odometer, and speedometer are currently inoperable. The Mustang is sitting on Magnum 500 style rims that have some surface rust and are wrapped in Firestone Firehawk tires. An appointment can be made to see and drive this classic. The front end panels are pretty solid. There is some body work on the car. Especially in the rear quarter panels. The paint is an older less expensive paint job. There's chips here and there. You can see some the previous blue paint coming out. We would say it looks good from 10 ft away. It's not a trailer queen, it's a 4 speed driver! Please understand that these are our opinions of the body. We ask you to look at the many pictures, ask for more pictures if needed, and/or come and see this 1970 Fastback Boss Tribute in person to form your own opinion. Once you are comfortable please bid then, and not beforehand. Bottom line is that this a cool 1970 Mustang Fastback 302 Boss Tribute with a 4 speed with a nice interior that's in fun driver quality condition. Not a perfect classic muscle car, but still a fun driver to run thru the gears with! Please only bid if you are comfortable with the vehicle and fully intend to buy.We provide a ton of photos because we want are bidders/buyers to be completely comfortable.
