When you first start the car I will work the transmission changes gears for about 3 or 5 miles if you stop the at a traffic light the car fails to downshift back to first it feels as if it was neutral. And it becomes non operational. It also needs new tires and breaks. And to be 100% honest I when I had a mechanic run a computer inspection there was no transmission related errors so we speculate that it could possibly be a safety issue cause by the fact that car needs new breacks causing the car to go in to what it feels like safe mode. PS. I will miss this car. During the last smog check vehicle inspection report there was two service fault codes :P0700- transmission control system (MIL Request)P0785- shift timing solenoid "A"
