I'M SURE I WILL REGRET THIS.... 1978 WAGONER CHEROKEE 'S' in great condition. (no-woodgrain truck) with all 5 factory aluminum slots and center caps. EVERY receipt ever spent on it since new (original owner spent obscene amounts of maintenance money, 1 re-paint with all new gaskets on all bolt-on body components including roof racks, every component under hood is new and/or upgraded, etc, etc, etc.....) ALL DEALER PAPERWORK, showroom books, window sticker....new-owner glovebox contents, everything. AMC Jeep Factory Technicians repair manual, new rebuilt ORIGINAL engine with 1000 miles on it (with all receipts and documents) . receipt folder is 3" thick. Factory HD tow package. 1 owner. spent all its life in Bend, Oregon. 360 4-barrel, turbo 400, quadratrack. New carpet, headliner, beautifull seats, never been smoked in. 90 year old original owner began small disassembly to put entire new interior (which is DOES NOT need), and repair back window motor. only original parts missing are intake, carb, valve covers, distributor, and aircleaner assy. He upgraded all these items. All Summit and Jegs highperformance parts receipts, camcard, new parts' literature/manuals, machine shop receipts and documentation. Engine is new new new, and runs beautifully. Transmission is strong, 4 wheel drive works perfectly, brakes are good. All trim pieces, marker lights, rear corners' bezels, and headlight rings are inside the truck, and all in perfect condition. All interior components are inside truck and in perfect condition. all chrome and stainless perfect. 99% rust-free truck. Needs very little restoration.... I was going to re-assemble, lift it high, and customize it,,, but can't do it ..... it's too complete, original, and nice. Beautiful truck in amazing condition.!!! These early Wagoneers are getting so hard to find. You will not be disappointed. Truck will need new tires. Has brand new battery; starts, runs, and drives perfectly at this time. I have a replacement rust-free hood that is included, but will need painted to match. Tailgate had already been replaced by the old gentleman when he was doing the window repair. Extra rear glass is inside the truck. Door panels are inside the truck. Many people have contacted us to come pick up the truck and drive it away - - - please be advised the older gentleman took the interior all apart to clean the carpet thoroughly and repair the electric back window. Truck runs excellent but needs cleaned up and re-assembled. ALL PIECES ARE INSIDE TRUCK. NOTHING MISSING. Truck is a beautiful driver-quality and could be a show truck with some work. Thank you for bidding on our ol waggy. Due to many texts and calls regarding the interior condition and better pics, we have added up to our limit. we have re-installed the door panels, armrests, sill plates, seat belts, and polished most all the stainless. The factory seats and upholstered panels are still comfortable, sturdy, and gorgeous. the interior has never been modified, with the exception of a stereo replacement with 6"x9" speakers installed in the front doors. As noted previously, the carpet has been previously replaced with the proper replacement set. This ol girl is still a gorgeous Wagoneer with some serious new horsepower under the hood !!! Never been lifted or off-roaded. These ol un-molested early Waggys with round headlights are getting so few and far between....... You will not be disappointed in this one !!! Happy Bidding !!!
