Pilot is mechanically sound. Has had all fluid services done on time at husbands transmission repair shop. Tires have about 30% thread left. Armrest on drivers door is worn and there are a few minor paint scratches besides that vehicle is in great shape. Non smoker owner! On Feb-24-16 at 02:23:22 PST, seller added the following information: Does have third row seating that folds down. Honda recommends a 103,000 mile maintenance plan which includes changing the timing belt, water pump, and the gaskets. We never got that done.
