" I am Listing this car for a friend" 1964 Pontiac Lemans 2 dr. post near show condition. This car has had a complete frame off restoration. Original rust free floor pans. The trunk floor and lower rear quarters behind the tires were replaced, the rest of the original body parts were rust free before restoration. The frame is powder coated, all bushings, springs, shocks, ball joints, drive shaft, u joints and every other moving parts have been replaced, or rebuilt. The complete exhaust system is stainless steel from front to rear, stainless mufflers and clamps. This car runs and drives like new. The steering is power, the brakes are power disc on the front and rear. The interior has been all redone with new molded foam and new seat covers on front and rear seats, very comfortable. New AM-FM original looking stereo with speakers in the kick panels The doors have new seals, new door panels, the best that can be found today. The doors close perfect, all the glass have new seals. The motor is a 389 with newly rebuilt tri-power set up and runs perfect. The trans. is a 4 speed, shifts as designed, new clutch and pressure plate. This is a very tasteful and beautiful 1964 Pontiac with a very nice and smooth black finish. The paint is PPG base coat and PPG clear coat. The bumpers are triple plated with show quality chrome. The tires are BFG, the rims have been powder coated. The car is tight through out. This car is very road worthy. There was over $35,000.00 spent on this beautiful 64 Pontiac, one of the nicest you'll find anywhere in the country. The car is being sold due to health issues.
