Vehicle Detail

1965 C/10 Custom. Big back window. Original 283 with rebuilt original Power Glide automatic (receipt included). Original factory air conditioning. Original factory tach dash. Original factory power brakes. Original factory front stabilizer bar. Original factory front bumper over riders. Original factory owners manual. Original factory protecto plate. Original factory service manuals. Original Sacramento, CA dealer license plate frame. Original factory jack, in place, under seat. Original factory spare tire and body match painted rim still in it's under bed carrier. Original factory rear over rider leaf springs. 2 owner truck. 2nd owner since 1978. Bought new at John Geer Chevrolet, right here in Sacramento, CA. 83,570 original miles. Everything works (a/c will need service and updated for new freon type). Remarkably rust free truck, minus some obvious surface rust. Floors, rockers, fenders, doors, wheel wells, frame and underside are truly mind blowing. Way above average condition original wood bed. Very Straight body. Mostly original (whats left of it) paint. New brakes. New battery. New tires. New black powder coated steel wheels and chrome hubcaps. New rebuilt deluxe steel heater levers. New seat, visors and arm rests. New chrome rear bumper and brackets. Brand new weather proof full cover. Excellent original trim, with 2 extra bed rail pieces to make it even better. Runs, drives, stops and steers like a much newer truck than it is. Original 283 is getting tired though, and smokes at higher RPMs. Due for a valve job soon, but does run good still. No noticeable oil leaks, and trans has less than a handful of miles since total rebuild. I have watched several of these early C10s come to market lately, but nothing even close to the surviving condition/patina this one is, nor as loaded. Visit me on facebook @ DRD Motor Trade. Sales tax due to all buyers taking delivery in CA. Link to all 111 pictures here: https://imageshack.com/a/4tYJ/1 Outstanding candidate for an easy restoration, or with some simple suspension lowering, the coolest shop truck ever. Below are the highlights and 4 videos showing the radio working, the truck at idle from exhaust and up at motor as well as one showing the tach functioning at idle and revved. Enjoy. Amazing original floors (pictures taken while seat was being recovered and prior to cleaning anything). Videos below:
