1964 1/2 Mustang V8 - A/TOne Owner Numbers Matching Unrestored Survivor $$ NO RESERVE $$ I'm selling this Classic Mustang on behalf of the Family Estate for the previous owner. The previous owner purchased this car new in 1964 and was in the process of doing some reconditioning with his Daughter with plans to pass it on to her. Since his passing his Daughter decided she couldn't drive it and it was too painful to keep around so it's being offered for sale at "NO RESERVE". The car is very solid and no sign of rust anywhere on the car! It has the original drivetrain and runs good. Aside from some of the recently replaced items such as bumpers, mirrors, carpet, wheels, tires etc, it's all original and un-mollested. They apparently decided to add a Shelby type hood scoop and suffice it to say, the craftsmanship isn't professional. In addition they put a new set of exterior rear view mirrors and relocated them a couple of inches behind the original location. It has dual exhaust that exits through the rear transom and I'm not certain if that was an original factory option on the 64 1/2 coupe or not. The interior is clean and has a center console and original radio. It does need a new dash pad.I've tried to describe as best I can and included plenty of photos that were taken today. I welcome repurchase inspections and encourage them. I will be available anytime during the auction if anyone would like to schedule an inspection. Please keep in mind that this is a NO RESERVE auction and the highest bidder will own the car so please only bid what you are prepared to pay and only if you are serious about buying. Any inspections must be done prior to the auction ending. When it ends the highest bidder owns it! This NO RESERVE auction is being sold as-is, where-is and transport is the buyers responsibility. It has current Alabama Tags and registration and will come with a bill of sale from the estate executor. There is a large plastic tote with extra parts that go with the car.
