My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor with just 118k miles. I would rate the exterior of this CVPI to be in ROUGH CONDITION for its age and mileage. The blue finish is faded from age and has a remarkable amount of scratches on nearly every surface. Additionally, there is damage on the right side on both doors. The damage looks to be limited to just the doors, though. I'd normally pass on a car this rough, but the dealership selling this had a nice Explorer that I really wanted and he told me he'd give me a good deal on the Explorer if I bought this thing...so here it is. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The tires have decent tread all around. Please take your time and check out the photos very, very carefully so you know exactly what you're getting. I would rate the interior of this CVPI to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. One nice thing about this one is that it has the rare full velour interior, which is exponentially more comfortable than the base CVPI seats...not to mention you get arm rests. Most likely, this was a Police Chief's or Fire Cheif's car. I've never seen a patrol car with the nice interior. The power windows, locks and mirrors all work properly. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show a few stains from age but are presentable overall. The radio is original and has a mind of its own...you listen to what it wants you to listen to at a volume it chooses. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The heater works very well. It's a little cold to effectively test the air conditioner but I can hear the compressor kick on when you turn the knob over to a/c. Mechanically, this Crown Vic appears to be in good running and driving condition. The bulletproof 4.6L V8 stars easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners aren't too bad for an older CVPI. The front end feels a little loose over rough surfaces, but not terrible. The suspension feels good. Steering and braking are okay. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure at all times. There have been no idiot lights on. The engine feels strong and makes good power. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts normally. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. She isn't much of a looker, but she runs good and will get you where you need to go. The CVPI is probably one of the most durable cars on the road and they just last and last and last. Think about it...they give these cops a car they didn't pay for, don't have to maintain, and then teach them to use it as a weapon. After police life, most of these end up as taxi's where they're beated like a rented mule for the next 250k+ miles before they're finally put to rest. These are tough, tough cars. With minimal maintainence, these cars have a typical service life of around 400k miles. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor with just 118k miles. I would rate the exterior of this CVPI to be in ROUGH CONDITION for its age and mileage. The blue finish is faded from age and has a remarkable amount of scratches on nearly every surface. Additionally, there is damage on the right side on both doors. The damage looks to be limited to just the doors, though. I'd normally pass on a car this rough, but the dealership selling this had a nice Explorer that I really wanted and he told me he'd give me a good deal on the Explorer if I bought this thing...so here it is. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The tires have decent tread all around. Please take your time and check out the photos very, very carefully so you know exactly what you're getting.
I would rate the interior of this CVPI to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. One nice thing about this one is that it has the rare full velour interior, which is exponentially more comfortable than the base CVPI seats...not to mention you get arm rests. Most likely, this was a Police Chief's or Fire Cheif's car. I've never seen a patrol car with the nice interior. The power windows, locks and mirrors all work properly. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show a few stains from age but are presentable overall. The radio is original and has a mind of its own...you listen to what it wants you to listen to at a volume it chooses. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The heater works very well. It's a little cold to effectively test the air conditioner but I can hear the compressor kick on when you turn the knob over to a/c.
Mechanically, this Crown Vic appears to be in good running and driving condition. The bulletproof 4.6L V8 stars easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners aren't too bad for an older CVPI. The front end feels a little loose over rough surfaces, but not terrible. The suspension feels good. Steering and braking are okay. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure at all times. There have been no idiot lights on. The engine feels strong and makes good power. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts normally. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. She isn't much of a looker, but she runs good and will get you where you need to go. The CVPI is probably one of the most durable cars on the road and they just last and last and last. Think about it...they give these cops a car they didn't pay for, don't have to maintain, and then teach them to use it as a weapon. After police life, most of these end up as taxi's where they're beated like a rented mule for the next 250k+ miles before they're finally put to rest. These are tough, tough cars. With minimal maintainence, these cars have a typical service life of around 400k miles. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
