Just in Time for the Winter Season!! 2003 F250 XLT Superduty 4x4 Crew Cab, short bed (6 3/4ft) I am looking to sell my truck as quickly as possible, because I would like to buy something newer by Christmas. Therefore I am willing to entertain offers that I might not otherwise. Willing to do a partial trade but the majority of the purchase/trade value must be in cash. The only vehicle trade I will consider is for a 2007+ Tahoe/Yukon 4x4, (S)LT or higher, and I can include cash from my end (as long as it isn’t black). KBB value is approximately $9,000 but I will entertain offers! Truck has the following options: Power Windows/locks, cruise, sliding rear window, factory running boards, Billet Grille & Bed Liner. DVD Player, GPS/Navigation, Hands-free Bluetooth Communication, standard Cloth seats. - A/C just serviced and is ICE COLD!! (Replaced compressor, condenser, receiver/drier & orifice tube... have receipts) - Truck has an aftermarket clutch with about 20-25K on it (has a little bit of “gear rattle” in 1st/2nd which is normal for this type of clutch) - matching All-season (M+S) tires. Have about 25k on them. - Includes Tow Package, Capable of towing approx. 13,000lbs. 7-pin round plug in bed & bumper, & 4-pin flat plug at bumper - Custom Dual Exhaust (Nice tone, but not loud). - Seats have had covers on them most of the time since purchase. Extremely good condition. No visible wear. - Smog/ Registration just completed 8/24/15 Full Disclosure!! Only known issues: - Leer Camper shell has a broken rear window/ frame. Can be repaired. Shell is yours at no cost if you want it. - Power steering has started to whine, but works fine and reservoir is topped off. So I haven’t looked into the issue much. - Hydraulic clutch (pedal) needs a flush. It occasionally sticks a little upon release. (if truck doesn’t sell this weekend, I will likely fix this before end of sale). This only affects the pedal. Actual clutch is fine. - Body isn’t perfect. Has some dents and dings. Nothing major. Worst part is the rear bedside (pictured). Typical scratches from farm/ranch/offroad use. Most can be buffed out. - Passenger tail light is chipped along the tailgate side, but is still covered by most of the lens. Accident history: Autocheck/Carfax shows two accidents in history. One of these accidents occurred before I bought the truck. However, I did a thorough check over the truck when I bought it and I can find no lasting damage from either accident. There is no frame damage and/or bodywork on the truck. Accident likely only affected bumpers that were replaced, or simply reportable to a government agency due to involvement of other drivers. There is nothing you should have to worry about as far as this incident is concerned. The second accident (2014) is an error. I have never had or reported an incident in this vehicle during that time. Runs Great! All other maintenance up to date. Recent brake job & oil change. Have many receipts. It is in good condition and well maintained. If you wish, you can have it inspected by any local mechanic at your expense. Overall condition is somewhere around “Good” to "Very good" by typical auto values. Sale requires a minimum $500 non-refundable deposit at the end of the sale. This is just insurance against flaky buyers, and to ensure your interest in the vehicle. This deposit will be applied to the total upon pickup. The only refund that will be given is if you find a major mechanical/maintenance issue that was not mentioned above. Final payment is due upon pickup, in cash, within 5 days of sale unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. If you deal with a bank locally, I can go with you to get a bank check (but I will not take one that you bring with you). I will not ship or deal with a third party. Sorry.
