Beautiful 1953 Chevrolet 3100 short bed 1/2 ton deluxe pickup , built in Los Angeles , Ca. black plate truck . Completely disassembled including glass out and bed removed , cleaned underneath and painted chassis black , very glossy and reflective stock GM Moonlight Cream paint , modern 2 stage with lots of clear color sanded and buffed . All brand new chrome , glass , weatherstripping , interior in stock brown (great contrast with the creme paint ) custom bed wood stained and several coats of marine varnish to stay nice , polished stainless strips and hardware . New stock black rubber floor mat , e brake works , dash all redone , looks great ! New steering wheel , glove box , shift knob , on and on for pages of new parts . Deluxe stainless around all the windows really looks nice . Hood and doors shut great ! Runs absolutely great ! Nice upgrade to a full pressure 235 rebuilt by previous owner with new clutch , upgraded to 12 Volt , all freshly painted , stock air cleaner ! Stock 3 on the tree shifts great , stock rear , new brakes , working gauges and lights . Stock 16" wheels , wide whites stock hubcaps and grooved stainless trim rings . Starts right up , great power , no smoke , stays cool and super strong oil pressure . Just finished it and I've been driving it around locally , it is one of the best driving 3100's I've ever had . Draws a crowd everywhere , tons of compliments , people especially like the color , very classy and rich looking on a pickup . Clean Ca. title , will help with export at buyers expense .
