Its a 2003 Saab 9-3 SE COnvertible and yes, everything works, the power top folds upand down as it should. Engine and transmission runs strong with no issues. The interior looks great with minimal wear and tear. The exterior has some paint fade and clear coat coming off but is solid with no rust or rot peaking through. Drivability on this car is a 10 with no issues, she runs and drives fine. This is a great low mileage car that is ready to deliver you where you need and giving you excellent fuel economy along with a little turbo power as its a 2.0 Turbo 4 cylinder.
