BID TO OWN- NO RESERVE 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle. This was originally a Malibu. The previous owner added a 454 punched to a 468 that is wicked. Currently running 103 octane fuel, but will run on 93 as well .The inside of this car is nice. SS Grill. The headliner is missing. It has a 400 transmission and a 12 bolt rear end with 4.10:1 gears. Has the 15" 15x8 rally wheels. Mickey Thompson slicks on rear. It has a manual sunroof that personally is not my taste, but they now make replacement roof skins. This 70 does have some body filler in the usual places but it is not a bondo bucket. This Malibu was a factory A/C car if that matters to anyone. It has manual steering and manual brakes. There is a replacement steering wheel on the car and the original (needs resto.) is included. It will need a trunk pan and a trunk lock at some point. The Engine has been rebuilt with cast iron 801 heads, an Edelbrock Victor Jr high rise aluminum intake,PRO_FORM 750 carb., I am not sure about the internals but it is running 9.5:1 compression. It breaths through 3" exhaust and long tube headers. It has an electronic ignition and electric fuel pump. The tires on the front are dried and cracked and need replacing. This car would not need much to go either way: SS Clone, return to stock, bracket car , Hot Rod, Street beast... it is your call. Again this is selling for NO RESERVE AND AS-IS !
