FOR SALE in a true NO RESERVE AUCTION is a 1967 BMW 2000 TILUX Chamonix (White). These cars were considered the luxury cars of the day. Manufactured between 1966-1972 there were 143,464 made. Also known as the "original BMW 5-series." These were very solid built cars with much thought that went into the details. Wood in the gauges, nice wood dashes, comfortable seats, and a powerful little engine. This car had a minor front accident. There does NOT appear to be any frame damage. I took detailed pictures for you to see for yourself. The rails are straight with no kinks. The worst of the rust appears to be in the spare tire well which is common but does not appear to go all the way through. Mostly surface rust as you can see from the underneath shots. The rest of the car looks good, some surface rust here and there but a nice straight frame with only minor front end damage. This will make for a parts car but we are hoping the new owners restore this car as there is much potential. The motor is there, please see pictures, it is missing parts (it was running prior to parts removal, motor should be free), the transmission (4-sp) is there, along with diff, exhaust, etc. Please see under car pics.
