Purchased this vehicle in Arizona, towed back to New York and restored. Engine is a 1700cc boxer type rebuilt with new jugs, pistons, bearings, fuel pump and valves. Installed dual Weber carbs and Bosch 009 distributor. All engine tins in place. Transmission checked professionally, CV joints replaced . Canvas has been replaced on pop top. Dashboard has been replaced and seats recovered, windshield replaced and all window rubbers replaced. Has two interior cots, one under pop top the other, a rare over the front seats unit. Rear bench seat folds out into a bed. Has table, ice box/sink/water tank unit, rear facing third seat, cabinets and shelf. Spare tire moved from nose to factory pocket in rear cargo area. Found a matching original spare tire cover. Body solid and in good condition, paint has faded, some minor dents around rear lights and very light surface rust, pan was undercoated. Never driven during winter months. Have only driven it about 1000 mi. Terms of bidding: Please bid responsibly and have your finances in order to make this purchase.
