very nice eldo convertible. body is straight. front right corner bumper filler is broken on top , filler under rear license plate has a crack , but otherwise all others are in very good shape. chrome is about 8 out of 10. no pits , but now is the time not to let it go. interior leather has been cleaned up as much as possible , but has a "patina" which isnt bad. all electric equipment works, however , a/c does not currently work. system most likely has to be swapped over to r134a. this eldo has the desirable analaog fuel gauge which works fine. I have done the following work since owned - everything one could possibly do to enhance the performance of the ht4100, which includes - complete ignition tune up - accel coil/wires/rotor , new plugs , timing advanced to 13 degrees , any and all filters changed, fuel pump / sender new, all fluids done , catalytic replaced with magnaflow hi-flow. both half shafts are new. oxygen sensor replaced. front shocks new. transmission solenoid replaced, passenger lock actuator replaced. top is in good shape but shows slight wear in the fold areas. no fraying or holes. all the tune up items really makes the car drivable. it is not the typical ht4100 dog. car has a 1980's aftermarket alarm that has a keypad on dash which requires code to be entered before starting. it is a true "period piece". im selling because I am looking for a sedan again. I get compliments on this car wherever it goes. includes the boot cover in great shape, a custom cloth car cover, new custom embroidered floor mats, and maintenance manuals. I will assist with shipping coordination. car is currently insured for agreed value of $10k with 8500 mile allowance On Oct-31-15 at 13:09:21 PDT, seller added the following information: also replaced the ISC controller, hot air hose on intake, PCV valve. I have receipts and records from previous owner and also some spare parts and oil filters I will include I forgot , radio antenna does not retract. it is unplugged from the harness. it need to be replaced. when I plugged it back in , it keeps trying to retract. common problem. replacements are cheap , but I haven't got to it since I have just left it up and radio reception is good. I would replace the speakers soon as well.
