For sale is a great example of a C5 Corvette. This vehicle is a two owner car with under 100K miles on it. Finished in black on black, it is a hard to find color combination. Please note: · Car is in excellent mechanical condition. I just completed a 250 mile trip in it with no problem at all. Stops straight, pulls hard, shifts good in both auto and manual modes, cruises well;· Vehicle has relatively new Faulken FK452 tires mounted on C6 Chrome wheels. These are not cheap tires for a quick sale and have ample life left in them;· Vehicle has a Magnaflow exhaust system. Nice deep rumble;· Vehicle is reported to have had two main computers replaced and upgraded;· Oil Pressure Switch has been changed. Common C5 problem that is a booger to fix;· Car maintains great oil pressure. All gauges work;· No rips or tears in the interior leather. Normal wear lines but in overall great condition;· Carpet is very serviceable;· Dash, console and panels all very serviceable;· Factory GM bra installed· Tinted windows, power locks, power seats and key-read security;· Paint and cosmetics are 7 of 10 and look great from 3 feet;· Overall an above average vehicle MKII Motorsports is a small, family owned entity dealing in British and other unique sports cars. We do not however “add on” extra fees; · Sale for vehicles leaving Texas are tax exempt and require an affidavit of fact. 6.25% sales tax will be added to vehicles staying in Texas. Sorry, that’s the law and part of operating above board; · All vehicles are As-Is, Where Is. We do not offer any warranties, third party or otherwise. · Shipping is not included, however we are more than happy to assist your shipper. We do sell overseas/internationally. Just let us know how we can help. · Funds must clear before the vehicle can leave. Period. This includes cashier’s checks. Cash or wire transfer through Wells Fargo are preferred. We will let you know when the funds clear and you will have 7 additional days to retrieve the vehicle. Afterwards, we reserve the right to charge $25.00/day for storage. Our insurance does not cover your vehicle so when you buy it, get insurance in place please; · If we have a dispute of any kind, we will try to work it out. If not, this sale will be subject to the laws of Denton County, State of Texas and any and all claims are limited to the amount no greater than the final sales price of the vehicle; · This vehicle may be for sale locally and/or through other entities. We reserve the right to end it at anytime; · Finally, the deposit is non-refundable. This is why we do not ask for a % of the sale, rather a nominal fee.
