I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2009 Volkswagen CC with the optional 3.6L VR6 engine. I would rate the exterior of this Passat CC to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a gorgeous sedan. It is finished in black over matching black sport interior. The finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific VW, you'd be hard pressed to find anything worth complaining about. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. All of the trim is intact and shows well. The parking sensors are also all intact and working properly. The self adjusting xenon HID headlights do an excellent job at lighting up the road in front of you. The sport alloy wheels give this CC an aggressive look to match the overall swept design of the body. The tires show good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how exceptionally nice this CC looks inside and out. I would also rate the interior of this CC to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The deeply bolstered leather sport seats show virtually no wear and are very comfortable and supportive. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The touch screen audio system appears to be working properly and sounds amazing through the optional Dynaudio Premium Sound. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works properly and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. Pride in ownership shows throughout this Volkswagen. The interior is uncommonly nice for the mileage and still smells new. The trunk is spacious and clean. The power rear shade raises and lowers easily and smoothly. Mechanically, this CC appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.6L VR6 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering and brakes feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and there have been no idiot lights on. She makes great power and is an absolute blast to drive. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shift properly through all the gears. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2009 Volkswagen CC with the optional 3.6L VR6 engine. I would rate the exterior of this Passat CC to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a gorgeous sedan. It is finished in black over matching black sport interior. The finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific VW, you'd be hard pressed to find anything worth complaining about. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. All of the trim is intact and shows well. The parking sensors are also all intact and working properly. The self adjusting xenon HID headlights do an excellent job at lighting up the road in front of you. The sport alloy wheels give this CC an aggressive look to match the overall swept design of the body. The tires show good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how exceptionally nice this CC looks inside and out.
I would also rate the interior of this CC to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The deeply bolstered leather sport seats show virtually no wear and are very comfortable and supportive. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The touch screen audio system appears to be working properly and sounds amazing through the optional Dynaudio Premium Sound. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works properly and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. Pride in ownership shows throughout this Volkswagen. The interior is uncommonly nice for the mileage and still smells new. The trunk is spacious and clean. The power rear shade raises and lowers easily and smoothly.
Mechanically, this CC appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.6L VR6 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering and brakes feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and there have been no idiot lights on. She makes great power and is an absolute blast to drive. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shift properly through all the gears. CARS' Power Train Limited Warranty covers all lubricated parts contained within the engine block, all lubricated parts contained within the transmission housing, drive axle lubricated parts, drive shaft, universal joints, CV joints and wheel bearings. Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
