My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a very clean 2003 Saab 9-3 Linear with just 103k original miles. I would rate the exterior of this Saab to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a great looking sedan. It is finished in brilliant silver, which is a good looking color on these cars. The finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. The worst I can say about the exterior are a few rub marks on the rear bumper, which is hard to fault an older car for having. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The 17" alloy wheels really give an aggressive look to this Saab and are wrapped in a matching set of Goodyear performance tires with average tread all around. On a side note, these tires grip like nobody's business. This car is an absolute blast to drive. I would also rate the interior of this Saab to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The interior of this Saab shows very well. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well and are full looking throughout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean. The seats are clean, comfortable and show minimal wear. Both front seats are heated, too. The power windows, locks, mirrors, sunroof and seat all work properly. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The audio system is the original in-dash CD with steering wheel controls, which works properly and sounds great. The trunk is spacious and clean. Saab interiors are unusually well thought out, which is what made Saab's so unique. Every aspect of design centered around the drivers safety and comfort...and that doesn't just mean comfy seats and a million airbags. Everything from the placement of controls to the ability to turn off all the interior lighting and gauges except the speedometer during night driving to reduce mental fatigue are all centered around the driving experience. Mechanically, this Saab appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.0L turbocharged engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. This car is an absolute blast to drive...and begs you to find twisty back roads. The suspension feels tight and confident. The steering and brakes feel excellent, too. The engine keeps proper temperature and feels strong. The turbo spools up quickly and makes good power. There have been no idiot lights on. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are nice and easy, as they should be. Out on the highway, she cruises nice and straight with absoutely no complaints. One of my favorite things about Saab's are that you don't really have to compromise. The turbocharged engine makes great power and gives this car smooth, aggressive accelleration when you want it. If you keep your foot out of the fun pedal, you have a very tame car that gets impressive fuel economy. The transmission is geared widely so the car has very impressive top end. Low engine speed at highway speeds also contributes to how economical and efficient these cars are. This Saab 9-3 is an excellent example of what happens when a well designed car is well cared for by a loving owner. If you've been looking for a clean 5 speed Saab with low miles, this 9-3 deserves your serious consideration. This is probably the nicest NG 9-3 I've had in a few years. She is a local trade from a large retail dealership that specializes in late model European cars and comes with a newer PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of September, 2016. The next fortunate owner of this Saab with definitely get a very nice automobile. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a very clean 2003 Saab 9-3 Linear with just 103k original miles. I would rate the exterior of this Saab to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a great looking sedan. It is finished in brilliant silver, which is a good looking color on these cars. The finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. The worst I can say about the exterior are a few rub marks on the rear bumper, which is hard to fault an older car for having. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The 17" alloy wheels really give an aggressive look to this Saab and are wrapped in a matching set of Goodyear performance tires with average tread all around. On a side note, these tires grip like nobody's business. This car is an absolute blast to drive.
I would also rate the interior of this Saab to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The interior of this Saab shows very well. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well and are full looking throughout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean. The seats are clean, comfortable and show minimal wear. Both front seats are heated, too. The power windows, locks, mirrors, sunroof and seat all work properly. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The audio system is the original in-dash CD with steering wheel controls, which works properly and sounds great. The trunk is spacious and clean. Saab interiors are unusually well thought out, which is what made Saab's so unique. Every aspect of design centered around the drivers safety and comfort...and that doesn't just mean comfy seats and a million airbags. Everything from the placement of controls to the ability to turn off all the interior lighting and gauges except the speedometer during night driving to reduce mental fatigue are all centered around the driving experience.
Mechanically, this Saab appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.0L turbocharged engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. This car is an absolute blast to drive...and begs you to find twisty back roads. The suspension feels tight and confident. The steering and brakes feel excellent, too. The engine keeps proper temperature and feels strong. The turbo spools up quickly and makes good power. There have been no idiot lights on. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are nice and easy, as they should be. Out on the highway, she cruises nice and straight with absoutely no complaints. One of my favorite things about Saab's are that you don't really have to compromise. The turbocharged engine makes great power and gives this car smooth, aggressive accelleration when you want it. If you keep your foot out of the fun pedal, you have a very tame car that gets impressive fuel economy. The transmission is geared widely so the car has very impressive top end. Low engine speed at highway speeds also contributes to how economical and efficient these cars are. This Saab 9-3 is an excellent example of what happens when a well designed car is well cared for by a loving owner. If you've been looking for a clean 5 speed Saab with low miles, this 9-3 deserves your serious consideration. This is probably the nicest NG 9-3 I've had in a few years. She is a local trade from a large retail dealership that specializes in late model European cars and comes with a newer PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of September, 2016. Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
