My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2004 Nissan Maxima 3.5 SL. The Maxima is the flagship of the Nissan brand the the SL is the highest trim level available. I would rate the exterior of this Maxima to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking sedan. It is finished in brilliant silver over matching gray leather interior. The exterior of this car has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. The worst I can say about the exterior are a few blemishes at the edge of the trunk lip...which are hard to see unless you're looking straight at them. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set or rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this Maxima to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, the interior shows well for its age. Being an SL trim car, the interior is very well optioned. The door cards are clean and tight. The perimiter of the interior is wrapped in suede, which give a great look and feel to the interior. The carpets show well for their age but aren't perfect, as you should expect. The leather seats show well and are very comfortable. Both front seats are power operated and heated, as is the steering wheel. The wood interior accents also show well and add to the luxurious feel of the interior. The dash and headliner are clean. There is a slight amount of visible wear on a few of the buttons on the dash, which is also common with age. The audio system is the original Premium Sound with CD, which sounds great. There are steering wheel audio controls, too. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. It offers independent temperature controls for the driver and passenger. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR and the heater works well, too. The power windows, locks, mirrors, seats and sunroof all work properly. As you'd expect, the trunk is spacious and clean. A full set of floor mats are included, as are a full set of books and manuals. Mechanically, this Maxima appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.5L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The 3.5L is a great engine that Nissan puts in just about everything they can get away with using it in. She keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. There have been no idiot lights on. The suspension feels good, but you can hear a bit of a rattle at the right front corner. I've personally put the last 100 miles on this car and she drives great. That little rattle is the only complaint I have. The only time you really feel it is over very rough surfaces or when you hit the brakes hard. At this age, is it most likely that the ball joints are due for replacement... which usually isn't a huge undertaking. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. She cruises nice and smooth. Just take care of the issue up front and you should be good to go. Fly in and drive anywhere. This Maxima comes as a fresh NEW NISSAN TRADE and has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of March, 2016. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2004 Nissan Maxima 3.5 SL. The Maxima is the flagship of the Nissan brand the the SL is the highest trim level available. I would rate the exterior of this Maxima to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking sedan. It is finished in brilliant silver over matching gray leather interior. The exterior of this car has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. The worst I can say about the exterior are a few blemishes at the edge of the trunk lip...which are hard to see unless you're looking straight at them. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set or rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully.
I would rate the interior of this Maxima to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, the interior shows well for its age. Being an SL trim car, the interior is very well optioned. The door cards are clean and tight. The perimiter of the interior is wrapped in suede, which give a great look and feel to the interior. The carpets show well for their age but aren't perfect, as you should expect. The leather seats show well and are very comfortable. Both front seats are power operated and heated, as is the steering wheel. The wood interior accents also show well and add to the luxurious feel of the interior. The dash and headliner are clean. There is a slight amount of visible wear on a few of the buttons on the dash, which is also common with age. The audio system is the original Premium Sound with CD, which sounds great. There are steering wheel audio controls, too. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. It offers independent temperature controls for the driver and passenger. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR and the heater works well, too. The power windows, locks, mirrors, seats and sunroof all work properly. As you'd expect, the trunk is spacious and clean. A full set of floor mats are included, as are a full set of books and manuals.
Mechanically, this Maxima appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.5L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The 3.5L is a great engine that Nissan puts in just about everything they can get away with using it in. She keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. There have been no idiot lights on. The suspension feels good, but you can hear a bit of a rattle at the right front corner. I've personally put the last 100 miles on this car and she drives great. That little rattle is the only complaint I have. The only time you really feel it is over very rough surfaces or when you hit the brakes hard. At this age, is it most likely that the ball joints are due for replacement... which usually isn't a huge undertaking. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. She cruises nice and smooth. Just take care of the issue up front and you should be good to go. Fly in and drive anywhere. This Maxima comes as a fresh NEW NISSAN TRADE and has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of March, 2016. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
