All our auctions are for Five (5) days only, They Are No Reserve Auctions and all our vehicles sell at wholesale or below. We only use Five day Ebay Auctions with no reserve because we purchase all vehicles with the intent of selling them at Dealer Auctions. The Dealer Auctions operate on a seven day cycle. To accommodate the Dealer Auction sign in process and transport time of our vehicles to the auction we need the extra two days each week to get them there and signed in. All our vehicles are sold “as-is” with no warranties either expressed or implied. All the vehicles we purchase are all meant for resale to auto dealers so please keep in mind we must try our very best to purchase only the best of best of what vehicles are available that we can sell to dealers. Faults are disclosed to the best of our ability. Are vehicles are not run them through a service facility but I will tell you what problems they may have. All our vehicles are detailed and all fluids checked. Because we sell our cars all over the world and in every state, inspections are not guaranteed in any state as each state differs in their requirements so it is not possible for us to guarantee inspection. Options such as power windows, cruise control, air conditioning etc. are not guaranteed however we will do our best to mention any items that are not working. Check engine lights and warning lights will be mentioned if they are showing. We will not under any condition guarantee the check engine lights or any dash warning lights will not come on after your purchase, but we will disclose them if they are on. The reason is they can come on at any time for any number of reasons so these lights are not guaranteed. All vehicles are sold as-is with no warranty. Payments If you are a winning bidder, please, contact me via email immediately at the end of the auction for verification. We require that the winning high bidder must pay a non-refundable deposit of $500 via PayPal upon completion and within 24 hours of auction close. The vehicle must be paid in full within 3 days of auction close via: Bank Wire, Credit Card, cashier’s check, cash if in person or money order. The deposit can also be made over the phone via MasterCard or Visa. Payment in full can also be made with a credit card or PayPal but will carry a 3.5 percent fee to cover credit card company fees. If payment of the vehicle is not received within the specified time, the vehicle will be offered again for sale and feedback will be left accordingly. Sorry we only sell to the USA and no bidding with Zero feedback will be accepted. Buyer is responsible for all taxes due. Disclaimer: This auction is a legally binding contract to buy this vehicle. After deposit is made an invoice will be sent to the buyer listing terms, conditions and balance due. We can also assist you in any of your transport needs. Administrative Fee We charge a $75 fee on top of the price of the vehicle sold and any motor vehicle fees. This fee is to cover costs of doing business and the increasing number of no show bidders dictates this moderate administrative fee.
