I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honostly to the best of my knowledge and ability. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2003 BMW 525i with the desirable factory ///M Sport package and the rare manaul transmisison. I would rate the exterior of this BMW to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking sedan. It is finished in medium blue over black sport interior with matching dark tinted windows. The finish shines nicely for its age and looks as smooth as glass. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The xenon HID headlights do an excellent job at lighting up the road in front of you. The headlight lenses show a little fading, which is normal at this age. The factory sport alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take the time to check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this BMW looks. I would rate the interior of this BMW to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. This car has the optional Sport front seats with deep side bolsters and adjustable knee bolsters. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The passenger seat cables are stretched a little so it doesn't lay back straight like it should. This is also very common. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The wood veneers show well and give the interior an upscale look. This car also has the M Sport three spoke steering wheel and the wooden M Sport shifter. The audio system is original and sounds good. There is a factory in-dash CD player and steering wheel mounted audio controls. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works properly and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR. The trunk is spacious and clean. A full set of floor mats is included. Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. having the factory M Sport package, this 525i handles great and is a blast to drive. The steering is very responsive and feels great. The brakes do an excellent job at stopping this sport sedan. The only idiot lights on are the ABS/Trac light. The engne keeps perfect temperature and feels strong, like it should. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are clean and precise, as they should be. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. She drives as smooth as silk. I've personally put the last 200 miles on this car with no issues. The 2003 model year marked the end of the E39 chassis and is, in my opinion, the last of the real BMW's. If you've been looking for a clean, late production E39 Sport with a manual transmission and are tired of finding nothing but high mile cars that are all used up, this 525i Sport definitely deserves your serious consideration. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honostly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2003 BMW 525i with the desirable factory ///M Sport package and the rare manaul transmisison. I would rate the exterior of this BMW to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking sedan. It is finished in medium blue over black sport interior with matching dark tinted windows. The finish shines nicely for its age and looks as smooth as glass. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The xenon HID headlights do an excellent job at lighting up the road in front of you. The headlight lenses show a little fading, which is normal at this age. The factory sport alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take the time to check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this BMW looks.
I would rate the interior of this BMW to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. This car has the optional Sport front seats with deep side bolsters and adjustable knee bolsters. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The passenger seat cables are stretched a little so it doesn't lay back straight like it should. This is also very common. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The wood veneers show well and give the interior an upscale look. This car also has the M Sport three spoke steering wheel and the wooden M Sport shifter. The audio system is original and sounds good. There is a factory in-dash CD player and steering wheel mounted audio controls. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works properly and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR. The trunk is spacious and clean. A full set of floor mats is included.
Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. having the factory M Sport package, this 525i handles great and is a blast to drive. The steering is very responsive and feels great. The brakes do an excellent job at stopping this sport sedan. The only idiot lights on are the ABS/Trac light. The engne keeps perfect temperature and feels strong, like it should. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are clean and precise, as they should be. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. She drives as smooth as silk. I've personally put the last 200 miles on this car with no issues. The 2003 model year marked the end of the E39 chassis and is, in my opinion, the last of the real BMW's. If you've been looking for a clean, late production E39 Sport with a manual transmission and are tired of finding nothing but high mile cars that are all used up, this 525i Sport definitely deserves your serious consideration. We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
