As stated above this vehicle is in great condition. There are no cosmetic blemishes, windshield, tires, rims are also in excellent shape. The car was always stored in my garage in between uses. I barely used it since it was more of a weekend car since my company gave me a car that I used most of the time. The only flaw is that I did not have a chance to replace the "steering angle sensor" this sensor is known to misfire in the 2007 model version of this car. So the car tends to show an error message "dsc malfunction" on the computer. I went to the dealer with it and he informed me that the sensor is $347 bucks and with labor and parts it will cost me 500$ bucks to fix it up.. If it comes down to it and the winner of the auction closes at a price that I am satisfied with I will purchase the part for them and have it sent over with the vehicle. The replacement of this part does in no way impinge on the function of the car, it just lights an annoying message for 5 seconds when you first start the car that later goes away after you make a right turn and the sensor is picked up by the computer again. Now lets get to the bulk of the matterAs stated above this car has the sports package, luxury package, and the cold weather package with the patented x-drive all wheel drive systemThe gas mileage is great I get about 22-26 mpg, where I live the snow is known to come down hard, but this vehicle never has trouble getting stuck, it is literally like a little tank that keeps trooping along while others are stranded on the sides of the road. All over great vehicle, In excellent condition, I will miss it but now it is time for me to move on to my next so I must let it go. As I stated there was only one owner before me, however, the car was bought at an auction. So in the paperwork it shows three owners total. These owners are as follow: the first owner, the auction house, and then me, which is three total. And the car has been registered and used by me and solely me since then. In addition I had one question asking if there were any scratches on the bumper because it was not very clear in the picture. The answer is no.
