Vehicle Detail

1967 Barracuda Fastback. Lets start with the negatives. Spare tire well has rust, good used replacement panel included. Fuel gauge doesn't work despite installing a new tank and sending unit. Dash lights don't work. I bought a circuit board off ebay to see if that would fix it but haven't installed it yet. It is included in the sale. Some rust in floorboards as can be seen in the pictures. Drivers side just a few pin holes. Passengers side two larger holes but I think you can patch without replacing the whole floor. Drivers side door has minor rust bubbling as does the lower passenger side fender, not bad but there. The good. Previous owner had both quarters replaced so they are good. I put a minor dent right above the gas cap putting in the new tank. Rebuilt 273 as per previous owner with 2000 miles on it when I bought I and I believe it as it runs really well and more importantly they wrote the mileage on the oil filter. Bottom end pretty much stock with a bit of a cam added. I added the Edlebrock intake and carb, Mopar Performance valve covers and air cleaner,Petronix ignition, aluminum radiator. I switched to the newer style water pump installing a Mopar high flow unit. Flowmaster exhaust off the stock manifolds. Small bolt pattern wheels with low mileage BFG's. Drum brakes all around. Interior in good shape replaced three years ago.I have new still in the box door panels that come with the sale. The current ones are not bad, but new is always better. I do have the original steering wheel and Commando style valve covers I took off(sorry no matching air cleaner). Carpet okay. The paint is factory light turquoise and has a nice shine to it, however it is not perfect .I found a couple of small runs on the passenger rocker. It appears the previous owner did a lot of the painting when the car was apart. The radiator support, engine compartment, etc all match up. The firewall gaskets and both front and rear window look to have been replaced as well.I haven't put to many miles on it in the last four years of ownership.I did a 100 mile poker run, but other than that it has just been cruised around town and to various meets. It is a very solid car worthy of taking to the next level. This vehicle is sold with the standard disclaimer of being in as in condition with no express guarantees or warrantees. I have described the vehicle to the best of my ability and feel it is accurately represented . If anything I have been understated in what a nice vehicle it is. All sales final
