1958 Austin Healey Bug Eye Sprite. Pulled from a local garage, been resting for 40 plus years. The owner told me the engine was rebuilt a year or so before it was parked. Some ignition pieces were missing so I installed new plugs, wires, rotor cap and hooked up a battery. Also has a new starter switch. The carbs were stuck a bit so we used penetrating oil and free them up. It started up and runs quite well. No brakes so I cant drive it. The car has significant rust. There is no title, it was lost in a flood. Sold with Bill of Sale. includes, spare tire, roadside jack, convertible top bows, new lower radiator hose, the lids for the gas bowls are included but not in photos, The car shows 1000 miles, this is incorrect. Some rust through in floors particularly on passenger side also on lower outer body, can be seen in photos. Front frame looks good too. Small spot on firewall is worn through by upper edge of battery. I've seen this happen to cars where the battery retainer came loose, it's a small repair. I'll ad a new photo showing the carb parts back on carbs, on Wednesday AM.
