Here is a super cool 1962 Chevrolet Biscayne 2 Dr sedan with air ride suspension. This is a 47,000 mile original car other then the air ride that was recently installed with all the quality parts from Firestone, Air lift, Vair. 4 New shocks were installed at that time and the front shocks were relocated out board. The front suspension was also gone through and any worn parts were replaced with new. The brakes were also serviced, and all 4 wheel cyls, master cyl, and brake hoses were replaced. The drive train is the original with a good running, 235 6cyl engine with the good old 3speed on the column. The motor has been recently tuned up and has plenty of power and does not smoke or leak. Clutch and trans work as they should. Everything works on the car expect the gas gauge (most likely a sender) and wipers. I have not had a chance to look at it yet but sure it’s a simple fix. Lights, turn signals, int lights, dome light, heater, and radio all working order. The interior is original and still in good shape, but does have some normal wear. The body and underneath on this car is very solid. Frame, floors, braces, body mounts, inner & outer rockers, trunk floor all solid. There is some rust through on the lower passenger fender. The previous owner wanted to repaint the car and started getting the car ready for paint. I wish he wouldn’t of because the car has a beautiful patina with some original paint left. I started removing the primer with thinner and found a lot of the original paint under it with no old body repairs. So do NOT let the primer fool you. This is a real solid straight old car! Still has all original paint in the door jambs and trunk, with the old oil change stickers and OG dealership sticker on the rear bumper. I am a very honest person, maybe to honest so don’t be afraid to ask me a question about the car. I do have all the stainless moldings for the front & rear glass. Its in good shape and goes with the car. This is a super fun car that is solid, goes down the road good, and is fun as hell to drive.
