This gorgeous DeVille has the rare 'Concours' package that gives you some very nice additional features. Some sellers call their cars as a 'Concours' edition but the sure way to tell is the center console with shifter, only this edition has it. This car will not disappoint, it is the cleanest one I have ever seen with just under 35,000 original miles. The car is completely factory original aside from a newer battery as well as dealer installed chrome Vogue wheels and tires. Everything else is completely original and the car is very complete with all factory floor mats, cargo net, wheel cap lock key, owners books and all keys + remotes (the second set of keys with the remote is not depicted, I had accidentally left that at home when I took the photos but IS included). The car has never been modified in any way, no aftermarket alarms or stereos, no performance parts, not even any window tinting. The 100 full sized photos tell the story, there are several of the undercarriage that show how original and clean the car is. You will notice there are manufacturers tags and 'chalk-markings' on many of the components underneath, it even has the original paper labels on the insides of the front and rear bumper covers, truly amazing. The body of the car is straight as can be with absolutely no dings or dents, there is a fine scratch on the bottom of the passenger side door (down so low you cannot see it unless the car is on a lift) but aside from that there is hardly even a stone chip on the car, paint is smooth, shiny and glossy with no fading. The original glass is excellent, windshield has no 'wiper-wear', pitting, cracks or chips. Sides and rears are all crystal clear. All trim, lights and lenses are impeccable with no cracks or damage, all in good working order as well. The tires are older and while they do have good tread depth remaining they will need to be replaced. I know that we all have different tastes in tires, 'blackwalls', 'whitewalls' or even these style 'Vogue' tires, which are more expensive, but look amazing so I held off on putting new tires on to cut down on the price of the car and also ensure the new owner gets their choice of style of tire. I am happy to help get these replaced if you are thinking of flying in and driving the car home. Chrome alloy wheels look great and do not have any major curb rash or show any significant wear. The interior is just immaculate. It smells like a new leather loaded car, absolutely no tobacco or foul odors, just the aroma of rich, fresh leather. All seating is supple and soft, dash shows no warping or cracks, door panels are excellent as is the console and headliner. The wood trim is impeccable with no cracks, fading or warping either. Carpets are very clean with no coffee stains, etc. The car has a very nice option load, I believe it has everything you could get aside from a moonroof, it includes power windows, locks, dual power front seats (which are also heated and have fully adjustable lumbar), AM/FM/Cassette/CD premium audio, front AND rear seat illuminated vanity mirrors, driver/passenger climate control (A/C is ICE cold), and so much more. Everything is in good working order, even the power antenna and the 'soft-close' trunk feature work!! Mechanically this car is everything you would expect from a 35k mile luxury sedan. Engine starts right up quickly, it is smooth, responsive and powerful. Transmission shifts very nicely and the car holds the road very well, suspension feels nice and the car is a real pleasure to drive. The car has not exhibited any leaks while we have had it, it does not overheat (even in stop-and-go traffic at 107 degrees!) and there are no 'warning lights' on in the dash. You will be hard pressed to find another one of these cars with this history, these miles, this complete and in this condition. My apologies to east coast and mid-west sellers but our cars are some of the cleanest on the planet and they are ALWAYS worth more than a rusty climate car. This car is reasonably priced at $8900 considering it is in nearly new condition. To go to the cadillac dealer and buy their top of the line car with all the goodies will run you $50,000 or more. This car is easier AND cheaper to maintain, insure and own and it's nearing 'classic' status. I know we all like to negotiate so I will accept reasonable offers on the car. Here is a car you will not find every day. This gorgeous DeVille has the rare 'Concours' package that gives you some very nice additional features. Some sellers call their cars as a 'Concours' edition but the sure way to tell is the center console with shifter, only this edition has it. This car will not disappoint, it is the cleanest one I have ever seen with just under 35,000 original miles. The car is completely factory original aside from a newer battery as well as dealer installed chrome Vogue wheels and tires. Everything else is completely original and the car is very complete with all factory floor mats, cargo net, wheel cap lock key, owners books and all keys + remotes (the second set of keys with the remote is not depicted, I had accidentally left that at home when I took the photos but IS included). The car has never been modified in any way, no aftermarket alarms or stereos, no performance parts, not even any window tinting. The 100 full sized photos tell the story, there are several of the undercarriage that show how original and clean the car is. You will notice there are manufacturers tags and 'chalk-markings' on many of the components underneath, it even has the original paper labels on the insides of the front and rear bumper covers, truly amazing.

The body of the car is straight as can be with absolutely no dings or dents, there is a fine scratch on the bottom of the passenger side door (down so low you cannot see it unless the car is on a lift) but aside from that there is hardly even a stone chip on the car, paint is smooth, shiny and glossy with no fading. The original glass is excellent, windshield has no 'wiper-wear', pitting, cracks or chips. Sides and rears are all crystal clear. All trim, lights and lenses are impeccable with no cracks or damage, all in good working order as well. The tires are older and while they do have good tread depth remaining they will need to be replaced. I know that we all have different tastes in tires, 'blackwalls', 'whitewalls' or even these style 'Vogue' tires, which are more expensive, but look amazing so I held off on putting new tires on to cut down on the price of the car and also ensure the new owner gets their choice of style of tire. I am happy to help get these replaced if you are thinking of flying in and driving the car home. Chrome alloy wheels look great and do not have any major curb rash or show any significant wear.

The interior is just immaculate. It smells like a new leather loaded car, absolutely no tobacco or foul odors, just the aroma of rich, fresh leather. All seating is supple and soft, dash shows no warping or cracks, door panels are excellent as is the console and headliner. The wood trim is impeccable with no cracks, fading or warping either. Carpets are very clean with no coffee stains, etc. The car has a very nice option load, I believe it has everything you could get aside from a moonroof, it includes power windows, locks, dual power front seats (which are also heated and have fully adjustable lumbar), AM/FM/Cassette/CD premium audio, front AND rear seat illuminated vanity mirrors, driver/passenger climate control (A/C is ICE cold), and so much more. Everything is in good working order, even the power antenna and the 'soft-close' trunk feature work!!

Mechanically this car is everything you would expect from a 35k mile luxury sedan. Engine starts right up quickly, it is smooth, responsive and powerful. Transmission shifts very nicely and the car holds the road very well, suspension feels nice and the car is a real pleasure to drive. The car has not exhibited any leaks while we have had it, it does not overheat (even in stop-and-go traffic at 107 degrees!) and there are no 'warning lights' on in the dash.

You will be hard pressed to find another one of these cars with this history, these miles, this complete and in this condition. My apologies to east coast and mid-west sellers but our cars are some of the cleanest on the planet and they are ALWAYS worth more than a rusty climate car. This car is reasonably priced at $8900 considering it is in nearly new condition. To go to the cadillac dealer and buy their top of the line car with all the goodies will run you $50,000 or more.
