But Speed is not all the Hayabusa is. The Suzuki Hayabusa (or GSX1300R) is a sport bike motorcycle made by Suzuki since 1999. It immediately won acclaim as the world's fastest production motorcycle, with a top speed of 188–194 miles per hour (303–312 km/h). A remarkable feature of the Hayabusa engine was its abundance of power throughout its entire rpm band. The 1299 cc power plant was the largest and most powerful sport bike engine when introduced in 1999, and remained the largest until Kawasaki's ZX14 was released. The Hayabusa's abundance of power at any rpm up to 11,000 makes the Hayabusa easier to ride by giving the rider a greater choice of gear selection for a given speed and stunning acceleration. Downshifting is an option. It features both water AND oil cooling radiators and adjustable suspension height & dampening. History; I purchased it in 2009 from a guy in Iowa that purchased it from a deputy sheriff in Missouri who bought it new.
