My FAVORITE year and body style....the '98 before Ford got ahold of Volvo!! SuPERB specimen right here....NO RESERVE! Insanely hard to find, loaded GLT...leather...awesome black factory paint. Minimal dings, I can count on one hand, how many there are. No dents. ZERO visible rust aside 2 teeny tiny surface spots at the back of the car. NO signs of any major body repairs or repaints. Looks to be original paint actually and it shines very well. Minimal typical scratches with a few extra here and there. ALL can be addressed with a professional buff if desired. Front and rear bumper covers look awesome. No holes or damages. ALL exterior lighting works properly and looks great. Front driver's headlight wiper blade is missing. If I have one in my stash, it's yours. Below you can see the recent matching BFGoodrich tires have 80+% treadlife left. ALL ride on super duper clean minimally damaged/vibration free rims. Unseen are the recent brakes front and rear. These work perfectly with minimal pulse (from sitting) and no grinding or noises. Lookit that shine!! Hood and roof look amazing! Aside a few typical scratches, the only complaint I have would be the slightly bent antenna...but it guarantees radio reception! Oh....and the upper portion of the wing has a bit of fade...some wetsanding should cure this if desired. Note the near perfect zinc colored license plate frame...these are usually rusted out form salt, etc. Those 2 teeny tiny surface rust spots?? Stare nice and hard under the "GLT' badge then again on the left side of the rear. Hard to see below but one "ding" (easily dentbusted) above the tire at the bodyline. Interior looks great...8+ out of 10 here too. Minimally cracked/worn leather seating. No major damages to be found. No holes, cuts or tear in the leather or vinyl. Dash is perfect. I HATE smoke and can't see or smell any signs of a former smoker. Steering wheel looks new from the factory. Carpet looks great. ALL the dummy lights illuminate upon startup with NONE staying on during run. ALL the power items work as they should: ICE COLD AIR CONDITIONING, HOT HEAT (new heater core installed, in fact), dual climate control, power windows, power front driver's seat with dual front heated seating, AM/FM/TAPE/CD player, Traction control, ABS, sunroof, windows, locks, cruise, info panel, transmission modes, etc. Below you can see the factory floormats are decent along with a dealer optioned trunk mat from Volvo. Unseen is the complete spare setup, aired up ready for your roadtrip home! Above and below...cupholders still intact!! ALL the factory manuals are included but more importantly the 2 factory keys (non-RF chipped...'99 they started that) along with 2 working Volvo keyless entry keyfobs! Even the warranty book has entries thru about 50k miles! Spotless engine compartment shows care. Timing belt may only be a tape notice, but inspection from yours truly proves replacement. Barely 3000 miles young, it can go for 100k total before the next one. Recent super strong battery is about a year old according to the date sticker. Turbo works flawlessly. Transmission shifts properly. Bosch alternator is very recent as well. New spark plugs. Oil and fluids are clean. Bottom of engine is dry as a bone. No major oil or coolant leaks. No spots on my shop floor overnight. Brakes are very recent. Suspension is tight. No popping or squeaking. Car drives straight down any pavement with no unusual pulling or wandering.
