Very clean 2011 BMW X5 xDrive 50i with M Sport Package. Certified Pre-Owned Warranty through December 2016 or 100,000 miles! Full BMW Scheduled Maintenance Protection (oil changes, wiper blades, brake pads, etc.) through December 2016! The car is in great shape aesthetically and mechanically. All systems work, and is up to date with all BMW dealer services. Fresh front tires. Brand new rear tires. Bridgestone Run-Flats. New Battery. Interior is in super condition, and all technology works just like new. This is a lemon buy-back car. It was bought back by BMW for a recurring mechanical issue. The issue was corrected by a BMW dealer, and I can provide the record of this repair, upon request. Buy with confidence!!! This car is under complete BMW Certified Pre-Owned warranty and has all scheduled services included through December 2016. UPDATE BASED ON SEVERAL QUESTIONS RECEIVED: This car can be registered with the lemon title designation. I currently have it registered in Texas. There is a lien on the car, but it's easily cleared. For your comfort, I have the paperwork where BMW made the buy-back repairs prior to re-selling and can provide that upon request. The issue that was cited & corrected for the buy-back was a misfiring engine cylinder. During repair, BMW installed new turbochargers (2), replaced connecting lines, gaskets, return pipes, hot film air mass meter, oil pipe and the #8 spark plug. The car is protected by the transferable BMW Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Warranty through December 2016 / 100,000 miles. The car was also purchased with the Scheduled Maintenance Protection Plan through December 2016 / 100,000 miles. This is one of the last X5's with the transferable CPO warranty. BMW no longer allows the CPO status to flow through to new owners. Any BMW dealer can and will verify the CPO & Maintenance coverage for you with simply the VIN# that's included in this posting. I've had the car serviced recently at Classic BMW in Dallas. Oil change, lube, windshield wipers and brake pads have all been replaced at no cost to me under the maintenance plan. The car is 100% mechanically sound. All features, buttons, etc. work great, and this thing is a thrill to drive.
