1980 ElCamino. It was a project car for son and myself. Repainted 3 years ago, stripped to metal. Replaced engine with brand new GM Goodwrench 350 crate motor. Edelbrock Intake and Carb. 4bbl. Has fiberglass hood with scoop but I also have stock hood painted identically that has never been put on car since painted. Replaced transmission with brand new Jegs Street Transmission. Similar to Turbo350. At same time replaced front and rear springs and have installed new radiator and power steering pump. For a 35 year old car it is in pretty good shape. Have not put 10k miles on motor since installed. Son joined Navy a year ago and car sits other than trips to landfill with trash cans. Has a/c capability but removed compressor and condenser. Lots of stereo sound and sub woofer (teenager). Get in car and drive it away. The car has a few small spots near rear bottom rocker on driver side that are swelled from most likely some rust. Small and I have included picture and repairable without large expense. Anyone that says a 35 year old chevy has no rust is lying and I am just telling you now.
