Beautiful near Black Beauty!! Super cool dark dark gray but not quite black. Metallic shine. ONE OWNER in superb condition. Clearly a properly maintained vehicle with years and years of life left. NO RESERVE! Exterior is an easy 8.5+ out of 10 save for a few scuffs and touched up scratches. I can count on one hand how many dings to be seen. NO dents. NO visible rust. NO signs of any major accidents or repaints. Beautiful. Above is pretty much the worst of the cosmetic issues...the top of the bumper cover. No major damages to the cover, just deep scratches. It mangled the plate holder a bit but I left the original Laurel Audi frame on it for disguise. Repaint the bumper cover and the car exterior becomes near perfect. I touched it up, but obviously the paint doesn't match. Better than the scratches at least. Hood and roof look great with minimal rock chips, way less than would be expected for a 1999 model. All exterior lighting works as it should. No lens damages. Matching Sumitomo tires are 80%+ up front with a bit less (on edge) on the rears. All ride on nice minimally blemished vibration free rims. Paint shines justlikenew2u!! All glass is excellent. Above...a pic to show how near perfect the rubber mouldings are. These are typically missing or wavy, from the brackets underneath, rusting out. Note the lack of dings. Below, you can see the ONE corner scuff on the bumper cover. Again, no cracks or damages. Lower vinyl trim is amazing all the way around the car. A little lower corner vinyl scuff below. Minor. Closeup of the bumper cover eyesore. NO RESERVE, remember?? Interior is gorgeous!! 9 out of 10 all day. Only some light cosmetic wear on the driver's door switch trim area. Steering wheel is unworn. Driver's bolster looks great with minimal wear. No cuts or tears to the leather or vinyl or tirm. Carpet is awesome. I HATE smoke....but some dummy must have driven the car for a few days and decided to smoke in it. I found some traces of ashes, but no burns etc. I gave it the fumigation treatment and cut out 90% of the smell. It will go away in time...unless you are a smoker. Note the color combination!! I have never seen the black with tan treatment. Usually one or the other. Typical A4 hard to read info panel, but you can make it out. ALL the dummy lights illuminate as they should upon startup with NONE staying on during run. Not an ABS or SRS light or anything!! All gauges work as they should. Close-up of the driver's bolster to show no damages. Dash is perfect. Seriously...pick as spot and eat off of it. Only a new off the showroom floor interior shows better than this. Above, you can see the aftermarket Kenwood USB/AUX/iPod/Pandora Radio/etc unit. No CD player or tape. You won't miss it. Nice option. ALL the power items work as they should: power windows, locks, ICE COLD AIR CONDITIONING, hot heat, heated seating, digital climate control (panel pixels are perfect/buttons unworn), sunroof, etc. I couldn't get the power mirrors or cruise to work. Fuse perhaps? Below, the rear seating looks barely sat in. Complete factory issued floormats with minimal wear along with the factory cargo netting. Complete spare setup is intact and aired up ready for your roadtrip home! Note the fully functioning undamaged cupholder above! Below....the PILES of factory manuals, warranty notices, dealer keychain...even the factory window sticker!! BOTH factory keys with the one working keyfob come along too! Engine compartment is super duper clean, yet not all greased up to hide anything. I have no definitive records on the car, but a quick call to the Audi dealer with your VIN may net results. I also have eyes and experience to notice things. The 1.8T had that "coking" issue (I had a low mile A4 years ago with bearing failure). This car CLEARLY does not suffer from that, which proves proper Synthetic oil use and changes. Also there was a 5,000 mile oil change tag on the window, again, proving Synthetic use. Finally a check of the oil level shows spotless oil and a visual in the oil fill area shows minimal carbon buildup. The recently new battery fires the engine right up. Smooth and quiet. Turbo pulls effortlessly and smoothly. No overheating. Transmission shifts as it should. No issues. Quattro AWD performs perfectly with no chatters or slippage. Under the car, I see no signs or any major oil or coolant leaks. No spots on my shop floor overnights. All fluids are clean. Brakes look to be brand new!! New pads, rotors, even calipers. Of course they work perfectly with no grinding or pulsing. Suspension is tight and noise free. No squeaking, popping or rattling. Car drives straight and smooth down any pavment.
