This is a very rare 1978 W200 Power Wagon Crew Cab Short Bed. It was factory equipped with the optional part time np205 transfer case and #4500 Dana 60 front (1 ton) and a Dana 60 rear (4.10 ratios) and 4 speed transmission and 360 v8. This truck is a private order truck, unlike most of these trucks that were government (GSA) ordered with full time 4 wheel drive and automatic transmissions. It has the typical floor board rust that these trucks with factory rubber mats have. Any leaked water was trapped and rusted. The rest of the body is virtually rust free. Included with truck are replacement front floor pans. The rear is flat 18ga with 1/2" bead roll stiffening and will have to be made because of the rarity of the crew cabs, it is not available anywhere. (I can repair floor boards for additional $$ if requested by buyer). The truck runs and drives well. One of the windows does not roll down because the mechanism is broken. Everything else on the truck, including the factory AM radio works. This would be a nice truck to fix up and /or do a Cummins diesel conversion on. A deposit of half payment will be due within 24 hours of auction close time, with the balance due within 5 days of auction close or before pickup of truck, whichever comes first.
