Never in accident with clean Carfax report. Exterior of the vehicle is clean of any large dents or deep scratches, but being that the vehicle is black can use a good buff to get rid of all minor imperfections as light scratches and gain it's shine back. Interior is clean. There was a small tear on the driver seat backing that was stitched and driver seat shows some normal wear for the mileage. Rest of the interior is very clean. Mechanically this Tacoma is in great condition. Engine, tranny, suspension all perform excellent. No fluid or exhaust leaks. No warning lights on, no electrical problems. Everything in it works as should including A/C and 4WD. Truck is equipped with Rear Differential Lock, but it won't actuate due to frozen/never used in the past, but 4WD works perfectly well in both High and Low Gears. Timing belt had been changed about 40k/ml ago. This Tacoma had been through recall for the frame and got itself a brand new frame, along with new brake and fuel lines, new lower control arms, new leaf springs, new intermidiate exhaust pipe, muffler and tail pipe, new oxygen sensors... Fees and Taxes:
All successful high bidders will be subject to a non-refundable $75 Dealer Fee.
New York state residents in addition to the price of the vehicle and dealer fee must pay sales tax depending on the county of residence, registration and inspection Fees. Out of state buyers maybe subject to tax, registration, inspection or any other fees by the state the vehicle will be registered within. Please, check with the states Motor Vehicles Department before bidding on the vehicle. For Out-Of-State buyers ONLY we can provide a 30-Day temp tag for an additional $25 Fee (Optional).
Shipping And Pick-up of the Vehicle:
Vehicle pick-up is totaly buyers responsibility. At no expense we provide airport pick-up from Stewart International airport in Newburgh, NY. Bus Station in Monticello, NY. Train Station in Middletown, NY. We can also assist in shipping the vehicle, by locating a licensed and insured transporter or work with a transporter of your choice. If the vehicle is shipped, we carry no responsibility for the overall condition of the vehicle or belongings once the vehicle leaves our lot.

Do not assume anything not listed in the ad is included such as Navigation Discs, CD Magazines, Extra Keys, Remotes, Owners Manuals, Warranty Books, Floor Mats, etc... Please, note that all vehicles are pre-owned, even though they all serviced and inspected, and with our best effort describing as much as possible in the ad, minor cosmetic and mechanical imperfections are to be present on the vehicle.
Toyota trucks frames are beeing grinded/cleaned of surface rust, repaired if necessary and undercoated. We guaranty frames to have no soft spots or rot, we do not undercoat and retail vehicles with failing frames. Do keep in mind that the vehicle you are buying is from the north-east coast and minor rust maybe found on such items as nuts, bolts, brackets, shields and parts of that nature, but not on any driving safety related parts. We double check at make sure that at time of sale there are no OBD2 Codes and no Check Engine light on the dash, but we replace sensors on used Toyota trucks all the time, we do not guaranty oxygen sensors or foreseen emission control of the vehicles, sensors can go anytime. It would be your responsibility to change an oxygen sensor if it fails. That is considered a wearable part like brakes, rotors and oil change. We warranty for 30 days drivetrain that include such items as engine, transmission, rear end and 4WD (if applicable) to be working with no issues.
Vehicles odometer reading may show up to 250 miles greater than paperwork's odometer reading because of test drives and test drives prior to delivery, vehicle moved in between dealerships departments, main and sold lots, etc...
