This vehicle has not been used for over a year...we bought a new SUV. It has been periodically started and driven during that time. It has been used by us regularly from 2012 to 2014. We have now spent about $2000 to get it ready for sale. It has: replacement alternator, new battery, new serpentine belt and tensioner, new air conditioner compressor, and new front wiper. Hybrid 36 volt Battery was replaced (according to the previous seller) by Saturn under a Recall Warranty in winter of 2011. The on board computer has been reset by a qualified mechanic so that the Hybrid mechanism functions perfectly. The gas mileage is functioning optimally - we recorded 35 mpg at 54 mph on a 25 mile test run using the cruise control. THIS IS NOT to say you will get this under normal operating conditions - you should expect 30 to 32 at highway speeds, although slightly better results are possible. The key to best gas mileage is using cruise control. The SUV runs perfectly. Tires are better than half worn. Synthetic oil has been used with regular changes. There are no warning lights as you can see from the photographs. The transmission shifts flawlessly - in both automatic and manual modes. The newly refurbished air conditioning runs cold as would be expected. The engine runs like new. The Hybrid "auto-stop" functions perfectly which demonstrates the Hybrid Battery is also functioning, a fact also supported by the good gas mileage. Negatives: scuff marks on some vinyl panels and seat rear panels from use; drivers seat has stitching fault; small dent in rear drivers side from parking bump near gas tank cap. Interior is not perfectly clean. Brakes have small vibration (warped rotor?). Body has occasional stone chips and slight scratches. Windshield has small chip out of drivers view..... You should perform service on all relevant areas we have not addressed because the vehicle has been standing for over a year. In summary: this vehicle shows some signs of useage - but should be reliable in the important areas of engine and hybrid operation - the latter has been "rebuilt". NO WARRANTY express or implied....but the statements above about what we have spent and replaced are accurate.
