Excellent condition TRX70 here up for grabs. These little machines were only made in 1986 and 1987 by Honda! So it's quite a rare little machine. I picked this up as a barn find @ 2 years ago thinking I would fix it up and let the kids ride it. They got more interested in 2 wheels than 4 so I finished fixing it up anyway and planned to keep it for me as a fun little yard bike.Well...I have now collected 5-6 other bikes and need room in the garage! The bike starts and runs excellent. It's a 4 speed automatic without a clutch. It's a 4 stroke engine so no mixing of gas or anything...just fill it and go! Great price for a bike that runs excellent, but could benefit from a little TLC here and there.This bike also has ORIGINAL Honda plastics on it. They are not reproductions. Original stickers as well as original seat cover. You just don't find these bikes like this too often at all! Most have reproduction parts all over them. The plastics alone are worth more than I am asking for the entire bike. It's a great learning bike for a kid or a great collectible for a collector! ******Includes the original factory toolkit as well! Yes...even the toolkit is here!******What have I done to it:Brand new gas tank. Old metal one was rusted too badly to repair. I still have it though and it will go with the bike. Maybe it can be fixed by someone....who knows. It's original though.Brand new tires. They have @ 4 laps around the yard on them.Brand new jets for the carb. Old ones were caked with junk, and instead of just cleaning them I replaced them all.Aftermarket Air Filter. I bought this since I didn't like the stock air filter setup, but I have the stock air filter, and even bought a new filter element for it.New lower front brake cables. 1 of the old cables was locked up, but I kept both to go with the bike as they are original.New rear brake pads. The old ones fell apart when I took the rear drum off. New pads will be here this week for it.New rear wheel bearings and sealsPainted the exterior of the rear drum as it was rusted on the surface and looked bad.Painted the rear drum cover.Painted the exhaust and a few other goodies to make them look better.Deep Cleaned the plastic as it had some caked in dirt and grimeReplaced the steering bushing since it was completely missing.What does it need? Front brake adjustment. I'm still working on this one. I think I may need to replace a return spring on one side. I'm actively working this one though.Possibly a new chain ($15) and I will probably order one shortly for it. The one on there is fine, but it has stretched a bit and it's making noise rubbing on the chain cover. I plan to inspect this one as well.LOCAL PICKUP ONLY!
